Live and work in Buenos Aires with deep cultural immersion. Homestay or shared apartment, 24/7 local support, weekend exploration. The full Argentine experience.

Start remotely, finish with a 1–2 week immersion on-site to work alongside your host organization and experience the culture firsthand.

Every intern is paired with a dedicated SUR Guide, who also remains personally involved throughout the experience — not just checking in, but actually looking out for you. Throughout the internship, your SUR Guide and supervisor work closely with you through regular check-ins, mentoring, hands-on training, and progress tracking. This helps keep the experience on track and makes feedback a continuous part of the internship.

You interview directly with the organization. It's your chance to introduce yourself and get to know the team. We'll help you prep so you show up ready.
Once your internship is confirmed, we’ll help you finalize the key details of your experience, including your start date, schedule, role, goals, and work plan with the host organization.
